How Does The Platform Work?

If you want to exchange crypto for crypto, here are 3 simple steps how you can do it:

1. Choose the crypto pair you would like to exchange. For example, if you exchange Ethereum (ETH) to Monero (XMR) you need to select "ETH" from the drop-down menu in the "You Send" field and type the amount of money you would like to exchange. Then, in the "Amount to receive" field select "XMR". This field will automatically calculate the amount you will get with the corresponding rate. 
2. Enter recipient wallet address. Fill in the "Recipient address" field with your Monero wallet address. Read “Terms of the Service” and check the box. Carefully check all the information and click the "Next" button. If you don’t have a wallet for the desired currency, use the button on the right “Don’t have a wallet yet?”. You will be offered a list of websites where you can open the wallet in your chosen currency. Click the button “Create wallet”. You will be redirected to the partner's website. Create an account there to open the wallet.
3. Deposit. JIDEX will generate the deposit address for you in the currency you select in the “Amount to Send” field. Send the necessary amount of money to the generated deposit address. After JIDEX receives your money, the exchange process will begin.

When the exchange process begins, it will take some time. You just need to relax and let JIDEX do all the work.

If you want to buy crypto with a bank card or replenish your wallet balance from the card, there are also 3 easy steps:

1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase. For example, if you buy Monero (XMR), you need to select “XMR” from the drop-down menu in the “Amount to receive” field and enter the number of money that you want to get. Then, in the "Amount to sent" field, select a payment method. For example, you are going to pay with a Master card in dollars. This field will automatically calculate the amount you need to pay with the corresponding rate.
2. Enter recipient wallet address. Fill in the "Recipient address" field with your Monero wallet address. Read “Terms of the Service” and check the box. Carefully check all the information and click the "Next" button.
3. Deposit. Enter your card number and code. This is necessary so that the system can write off the required amount from the card. Withdrawal is a one-time process through a secure service. JIDEX does NOT have access to your card data after making the payment. After JIDEX receives your money, the exchange process will begin.
